With 19 years of experience in the fitness industry Davina offers Pilates Classes, Personal Training and Fitness in Hertfordshire and North London.

Pilates is proven to help tone the abdominals, strengthen the muscles surrounding the spine and improve posture and flexibility in a balanced, slow and relaxed format. Davina has worked with many different clients within her Pilates classes and demonstrates the different levels of the Pilates movements so the movements can be adapted to personally suit you creating a mixed ability environment.

Davina’s Revitalise Sculpt and Tone fitness class in Goffs Oak, Hertfordshire offers something different to the community. Davina created Revitalise fitness class to suit people who are new to exercise, need a confidence boost and encouragement to start a fitness class. Revitalise Sculpt and Tone can also be more challenging for the fitter client. Davina varies the fitness class by using fitness bands, low impact body weight exercises and a circuit based class.

Personal Training is available from her home in Goffs Oak or in the comfort of your home, Davina will create a programme to personally suit you from gentle Pilates to a more challenging fitness session.

Finally to unite Diet and Fitness, the Revitalise online nutrition programme was designed using Davina’s nutritional expertise and personal experience. The nutrition programme is based on healthy eating and reducing sugar, gluten and dairy in take. Clients receive unlimited support and advice throughout the programme to help them break bad habits and choose the right balance of delicious, nutritious food for improved energy and weight loss. Davina understands everyone has a different nutrition lifestyle so the programme can be adapted to suit every individual.
